Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" — refers to the mama24 website at https://mama24.onl and all services offered on it.
• "Player" / "User" — an individual who has registered and holds an active account at mama24.
• "Account" — the individual profile registered by a player to access platform services.
• "Real Money" — funds deposited by the player using supported payment methods, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
• "Bonus" — additional credit value granted by mama24 to players through designated promotional programmes.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total betting value that must be reached before bonus funds or winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Services" — all games, bets, promotions and other functions available on the mama24 platform.

Account Registration

Account registration at mama24 is subject to the following conditions:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Each individual is only allowed to hold one account. Holding more than one account is a violation of these terms.
• All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate and current. False information may result in immediate account closure.
• mama24 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of the national identity card (MyKad), proof of address or other relevant documents.
• Accounts that have been closed or suspended due to a terms violation may not be re-registered using the same or different personal information.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that use of this platform is lawful under the laws of their local jurisdiction.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at mama24 are conducted based on the following policy:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per supported payment method.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• All deposits are processed automatically. If there is a delay, players are advised to contact customer service.
• mama24 does not charge any additional fees on deposit transactions, however charges from payment providers may apply according to their respective policies.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within one hour after the request is approved.
• All bonus-related wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used during the deposit, except in special circumstances that require approval from mama24.
• mama24 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for identity verification purposes or investigation of suspicious activity.

Bonuses and Promotions

mama24 offers various types of bonuses to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following specific conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150 with a total balance of RM250, and a wagering requirement of RM1,500 (i.e. RM150 × 10) must be met. A deposit of RM600 gives a bonus of RM300 with a balance of RM900 and a wagering requirement of RM3,000 (i.e. RM300 × 10).
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount received must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for one account per individual, one mobile number, one email address and one device.
• mama24 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• The VIP weekly cashback programme and other promotions are subject to separate conditions stated on the promotions page.

Game Rules

All games available on the mama24 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. mama24 provides game guides for reference.
• All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or by live dealers in live casino sessions. mama24 does not manipulate game results under any circumstances.
• In the event of a technical fault or internet connection disruption during a game session, mama24 will resolve the situation based on valid server records.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed. Players are fully responsible for every bet placed.
• For sports betting and mix parlay, the final result is conclusive based on the official records of the relevant league or competition.
• mama24 reserves the right to remove any competition or game from the platform without prior notice.

Player Conduct

Players are expected to maintain responsible and ethical conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Hacking, system intrusion, or any attempt to alter the platform's source code.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game results or exploit the bonus system.
• Use of abusive, threatening, or harmful language toward support staff or other players.
• Transfer of funds between accounts with the intent to circumvent wagering requirements or bypass withdrawal policies.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or using a third party's personal information without authorisation.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in account closure, forfeiture of balance, and in certain cases, a report to the relevant authorities.

Restrictions and Account Closure

mama24 reserves the right to take action against any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions, including the use of false registration information.
• Suspicious activity, including unusual betting patterns or attempted money laundering.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• Requests from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
